Shipping information

Receive your purchases in 7-10 working days after your order has been placed.

Delivery to countries  that are outside the EU may be subject to local import taxes, which are your responsibility (where applicable). If so, the shipping company will contact you by telephone once your items are in customs to let you know the cost. Be aware that this may delay your delivery time as goods held at customs will be your responsibility to pay the necessary charges for local authorities to release the goods.

DUTIES AND TAXES MAY APPLY UPON DELIVERY OUTSIDE EU.


Exchange and refund

Customer satisfaction is always our top priority, and as such we handle each query on an individual basis to the best of our ability. While we hope that you are happy with your order, if you are not perfectly satisfied with your goods we will happily offer you a full refund. For an exchange or return please email us  to inform us at: sales@natali.com.cy, before sending your package back to us.

To ensure your return is covered by our free returns policy and reaches us promptly, items must be returned from the same country to which they were delivered.

Exchange or refund items within 14 days from the day you have received your package. All items must be returned in perfect condition with the label attached along with a copy of your initial invoice.  In case items are not available for an exchange, you will be refunded. Your account will be credited within 15 days from the delivery day.

If you are living outside the EU, any local duty or taxes added will not be refunded.

The item(s) should be returned unworn and in perfect condition, with all the garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or returned without their original tags may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

We reserve the right to decline your return if these sales conditions are not met. Please contact us if you have any concerns or questions regarding your exchange or return.

All sale items are final sale. Are not exchangeable or refundable.

Before your parcel leaves our office, it is fully checked and controlled by our  team. If you receive an item which is damaged, please contact us immediately.
